All future deliveries are shipped monthly on the 16th - so go ahead and mark your calendar.
I HAVE PURCHASED A PRE-PAID SUBSCRIPTION. HOW DO I STOP THE RENEWAL?
You can easily stop a pre-paid subscription from renewing by either emailing our customer care team or by cancelling it via your customer account. This wont affect any of the outstanding future shipments.
Plus - we'll also send you an email a few days prior to your subscription renewing to check if you'd like to amend or cancel it.
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY SOCKS?
You don't... We do!
Each month our team will send you one or two pairs of specially curated socks that have been designed in Australia and then handmade in Egypt.
We promise to never send the same design twice to keep your sock drawer looking fresh babe.
WHAT IS YOUR BILLING SCHEDULE?
Your first payment is processed when you first subscribe and all payments thereafter are processed on the 15th of each month.

All prices are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY SIZE?
Our socks are OSFM (one size fits most) but technically speaking, they’re AU size 6 – 11 or EUR size 36 – 42.
I'VE LOST A SOCK, WHAT DO I DO?
Don't sweat, we've got you covered! We keep extras of each design in case the ‘Washing Machine Monster’ steals one.
We'll replace your lost sock, just email our customer care team at email@example.com and let us know what design you need.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes ma'am, we ship worldwide with DHL.
MS SOUS products are dispatched from Australia and can take up to 15 business days after dispatch to arrive.
